We thought we were inspecting a roof...

Turns out we were inspecting a rooftop garden and a pool. 🌱😂

When plants start growing through your roofing system, it's usually a sign that water has been hanging around way longer than it should.

Safe to say this one needs a little more than a patch.

A lot of railings LOOK similar online… 👀
until you see what they’re actually made of.

These aren’t lightweight prefab kits from the big box stores.

Chicagoland weather doesn’t care how much you saved on your fence 🌪️

One wind storm knocked this old fence down…
so we rebuilt it the right way:

🪵 Fresh cedar lattice
🧱 Posts properly set in concrete
🔨 Built stronger to last

Because the difference between “cheap” and “built right”
usually shows up after bad weather.
