Recently, Kristin Edie, Director of Sustainability & Regulatory at Charter Next Generation, joined leaders and members of the Flexible Packaging Association in Sacramento, CA to engage with state legislators on the evolving landscape of packaging legislation and within the flexible packaging industry.

The conversations created an opportunity for meaningful dialogue around the role of flexible packaging, industry innovation, and the path forward as regulations continue to evolve.

This April, Charter Next Generation employee-owners came together across our facilities to make a difference in the communities where we live and work.

Across our organization, participants collected more than 62,000 pieces of litter during the Challenge, with 214 employee-owners contributing throughout the initiative.

Charter Next Generation recently completed its third QUEST cohort, bringing together 16 employee-owners for a focused leadership development experience in Green Bay, WI.

QUEST reflects our continued investment in building capability and strengthening leadership across the organization. Designed to strengthen leadership through guided experiences, peer connection, and hands-on engagement, the program creates space for growth, learning, and application within their roles.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in meaningful discussion and collaborative sessions focused on strengthening leadership effectiveness and expanding perspective.
