Please join us in congratulating Judith Mena on her promotion to Office Assistant at our Elk Grove Village facility.

Judith originally joined CMF in November 2025 as a shop assistant/welder in EGV and was temporarily transitioned to a front office position while a coworker was on leave. She proved a huge asset to the team by jumping in and quickly getting up to speed to assist while also handling duties of her own. The temporary transition has now been made a permanent change.

In her new role, she is responsible for learning the SpaceX Portal and coordinating shipping paperwork at the EGV facility. She will also handle releasing job orders, scanning, and coordinating shipments while greeting people in the front office and assisting with the switchboard as needed.

Please join us in congratulating Alejandro Delgado on his promotion to Cutting Operations Supervisor at Chicago Metal Fabricators.

Alejandro has helped improve productivity and cut quality across operations, sharing his expertise in troubleshooting and material management, while supporting machine operators and collaborating with the Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. This promotion reflects his dedication, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence.

In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing the daily programming, scheduling, and ex*****on of all cutting machine operations at the Chicago facility. Congratulations Alejandro on this well-deserved promotion!
