Created in 2012, Stalworth Underground was established to provide specialty heavy civil and building foundation and earth retention services to the general contracting and construction management industries. Our crews are pictured installing a 42" diameter caisson to top of rock at the Create P3 Project. This shaft was installed using the tremie pour method and is part of the 6th phase of this project for CSX Railroad. TIP and CSL tested were both performed on this shaft.

We have started work at the 1901 Project on Chicago's west side. In this photo, some of the 134 rebar cages that will be placed in our caissons are being prepared on site. The caissons, which will support the United Center West Garage, will reach depths up to 79' below grade.
