Progress Update at 5150 Northwest Highway, Chicago

The Structural Steel has reached the roof level with the concrete plank, light gauge steel framing exterior and MEP systems moving up through the structure's interior to the 7th floor.

Progress Update at The 801 Apartments, Oak Park

We have made significant progress with the installing of exterior steel stud wall panels that will have a brick veneer on the front and side elevations and with cement board panels on the rear elevation. We are showing completing the 4th and final floor; also, we see the start of the installation of windows.

Progress Update at 5150 Northwest Highway Apartments, Chicago

5150 continues to rise to its seven-story height as the delivery of structural steel and concrete plank continues through a temporary entrance created within the structure.

1212 Larkin Progresses as More 2 & 4 Flats Take Shape

After moving through the winter with underground and foundation work, we see the project blossom. Here are examples of the Townhomes and four flats as they grow. In the background is a red brick two-flat as its masonry exterior is being completed, and next to it is a yellow lap sided four flat, both waiting for interior build-out.
