Named in June 2025 in honor of Ted’s extraordinary contributions to fluidization research and to PSRI, the Knowlton Tower now proudly carries his name for everyone to see.

A fitting tribute, on a fitting day.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Andrew Tong to the PSRI team as our new Technical Director! 🎉

Starting March 15, 2026, Andrew will take the helm of our Membership research programs. With over a decade of experience in developing technologies for CO2 capture and H2 production—including key roles at Ohio State University and Susteon Inc.—Andrew is the perfect leader to help us build a center of excellence in particle technology.

Particulate Solid Research Inc. (PSRI) is hiring a Technician to support our innovative particle technology research! Work with cutting-edge equipment, assemble piping and tubing, and operate machinery like fork trucks and hoists (training provided).

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work at heights
General mechanical skills (electrical experience a plus!)
Willingness to learn
What We Offer:

40-hour work week (overtime available)
Great benefits: Medical PPO, dental, vision, 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, and generous PTO (including 10 vacation days + paid holiday week in Dec!)
