Welcome, Northeast and Fleet Electrification Task Forces! Here are the volunteers who will work together for 12 months to solve selected obstacles from last week's AEG/NECEC Northeast Clean Transportation Summit:

Regional Fleet Electrification Stakeholder Challenge:
Obstacle: "Regarding fleet electrification, a critical obstacle to collectively overcome in 12 months is the need for fleet data from fleet operators to inform EVs2Scale2030. - Britta Gross, EPRI

12-month solution: Engagement campaign with airports focused on large fleets to accelerate data input into EPRIs EV2Scale Program.

90-day challenge: Schedule and Announce EV2Scale Fleet Roundtable: Determine host airport, design agenda, confirm speakers and fleet invitees.

Citywide Fleet Electrification Stakeholder Challenge:
Obstacle: "Regarding fleet electrification, a critical obstacle to collectively overcome in 12 months is the creative policy and unique solutions for fleet charging and truck parking in dense industrial business zones, with focus on Zerega Avenue.

12-month solution: Submit proposal/road map for optimization of fleeting charging and truck parking in industrial business zones, starting with Zerega Avenue, inclusive of long-term agreements, integrated value proposition modeling and stakeholder support.

90-day challenge: Convene a stakeholder roundtable in/near Zerega Avenue to align on obstacles, opportunities and possible pathways to an industrial business zone (IBZ) benefit agreement for fleet electrification.

Stay tuned for more updates on their exciting work. Please contact [email protected] if you're interested in getting involved!
