The Great Seal of the State of Illinois was originally designed in 1819. We have been proud to call Illinois our home for 68 years, and this is one of the few remaining seals that we have produced. The vibrant colors have remained just as strong as the day they were printed over 50 years ago and pay homage to our commitment to quality parts.

What a great time of year! The holidays are in full swing. Time to dust off all the Rubbermaid containers and start putting up the holiday décor. At Mercury, our décor would not be complete without our cherished Malibu Rum wreath. Being from Chicago and Baltimore, this wreath reminds us of sunscreen, palm trees, and a nice ocean breeze—a far cry from the weather we are used to this time of year. However, the holidays are supposed to put a smile on our faces, so nothing puts us in a better mood.

In just 5 weeks, our dedicated team transformed a stagnant aluminum tool into a cutting-edge automotive transport tray. The tray boasts unique cavities, markings, and precision etching for specific gear products, streamlining sorting in our client's facility.

When our customer urgently needed these parts, our responsive team sprang into action. Our tool room's expertise revitalized the tool, seamlessly integrating it into our thermoforming machines. Simultaneously, we parallel-pathed the extrusion process, ensuring a swift and efficient production.
