Before and after of an 8,212 sqft home that is about to be on the market! This was such a cool project to be a part of. Woodpeckers had completely destroyed all of the trim and the stucco coated foam coins. We repaired everything and gave this old girl a makeover!

Heya folks, now that this fire has taken our home, I'm asking for anyone with knowledge of rental houses to please send them my way. We are a family of 5 with 2 cats and a black lab retriever. We can make a 3 bedroom work but a 4 bed is preferred.

This was a fun but labor-intensive project! A complete overhaul of an Early 1900s Springfield bakers cabinet. It was bitter sweet because the original cabinet was a piece of history and, in my opinion, gorgeous! Having said that, the refinished version is starting to grow on me!
