In 2018, California passed a bill (SB-721) that requires all decks and balconies on buildings with three or more units and two or more stories in height to be inspected every 6 years. All initial inspections must be completed by January 1, 2025.

RepairPro and Coito Home Inspections are partnering to provide a seamless inspection and repair service on balconies and decks.
