So, we haven't checked in on this one in awhile. Our project at 821 East Main St in Chicopee is coming along. Foundation is complete and steel er****on is underway. In short order the buildings will take shape and we'll start looking into tenants to fill them! 😊

We just got going on a build-out for the Department of Unemployment Assistance in the Springfield Technology Park. The Tech Park (https://www.springfieldtechnologypark.org/) sits on 15 acres with multiple buildings that used to be part of the Springfield Armory, a National Historic Site famous for being the first ever US Federal Armory. It is our honor to be working in this historic building that helped us form our current way of life and modernizing a small section to transform it into useful space moving forward!

Typically you all would find us posting about the pretty pictures of the finished projects when we're complete. We wanted to take the time to thank our crews and subs for the dirty work in between that it takes to get there. This photo is a good example, when complete this elevator addition will be wrapped with a beautiful glass curtain wall system capped with a slate roof. People that need to use the lift will seemlessly move in and out, enjoying the accessibility. What very few people will think of is that it took some poor guy 3 days of jackhammering through 22inches of granite at each opening to get there. We love our people and couldn't deliver the quality projects that we do without them.

Our crew started er****on this week and are cruising along. FYI, those columns are 40ft tall, the truck look like a matchbox car 🤣🚛 Update delivered.
