This job was a head scratcher for sure,the home owner wanted the spiral metal stairs gone and a new stair case built in the same spot. After a complete design change halfway into the build the end result was better than I expected.. the home owner was very happy also...

This house was and still is a new adventure each day. Start out installing new flooring inball the rooms and you find that you have to jack up the floor so you can tile the kitchen, while under the house jacking up floor joist and installing block because the original block pillars are compromised, you find water so dig a trench around back side of house and tar the block foundation and fix a big gap around the septic line going out the foundation. Fix that problem and get back on the the kitchen floor, then paint BR,LR and kitchen + cabinets and wire up outside lighting. Just about finished and looking amaizing..

This job was a first, take regular bathroom and turn it into handicap ♿ shower with no curb/lip.ran into several issues but in the end turned out really good..

This bathroom was a challenge from the start, walls consisted of chicken wire mesh concrete then tile and the floor was 2 1/2 inch thick concrete poured ontop of the subfloor with tile. Needless to say had to bring in a pretty big jack hammer. Once the dust settled and the mess was out the window( literally out the window) it was time to work our magic. Turned out better than I expected. When we do a job we take the time to make sure it's done right the first time!!

The result of hanging subway tile on sheetrock. Demo down to the studs and come back with moisture proof sheet rock, new tile around tub, paint walls and ceiling the works..
