When wind storms tore shingles from the roof of this Chillicothe home earlier this year, it was time for a full replacement. We removed the old asphalt shingles completely and installed Malarkey's Vista AR shingle in Black Oak. It carries a lifetime warranty and is rated for winds up to 130 mph. It's also made in part from upcycled material, the equivalent of 5 rubber tires and 3,200 plastic bags kept out of landfills on this roof alone. Built to hold up through the next round of Ohio storms.
