This wall looks simple. It wasn't.

When we pulled the old textured siding off, we found water damage around every window opening. Not exactly what you want to see mid-project.

Here's what happened next:
We calculated the additional labor and material costs, presented the change order to the customer, and got approval. Four Pella windows sourced across 2 vendors — all materials on site by 10pm that night. Next morning the framing was repaired, windows were set, and the wall was finished.

The customer barely felt it.

One week. That's it.

Started with dated EIFS exterior, old windows, and a lean-to addition to build from the ground up. Seven days later — new siding on the front, new windows installed, footers dug, and the addition taking shape.

This is what happens when you have the right crew, the right materials, and someone managing every piece of it.

Still a few weeks left on this one. But week one, with great weather? We'll take it.

This is what storm damage really looks like, and both got full replacements approved.

Wind ripped siding right off the sheathing. Shingles lifted and cracked. These are two homes we inspected recently, and in both cases, we documented the damage, worked the claim, and got full replacement approved for our homeowners.
