With the weather they are forecasting in about 7 days, it's a good time to remind everyone that Heat Pumps struggle in this kind of weather. If yours is prone to freezing up outside you may want to use the Emerg. Heat setting till the storm passes. This can save wear and tear on the Heat Pump and prevent heavy ice accumulation on the outdoor unit. Be safe and enjoy the SNOW if it gets here.
