We have been going strong ever since. We have grown as a company and enjoy our customers. George has over 25 years experience and we are fully licensed and insured. We are a small company and feel that because of that we can better serve our customers. I (Candice) am George's wife and I manage the phones, i

nvoice and record keep for the business, this affords me the opportunity to stay at home and be with our 2 great kids. We service all types of heating and air conditioning systems and sell them as well. We hope to pass this business along to our children some day. We appreciate our customers and treat them as we wish to be treated. We stand by our products and our service. Alward Heating and Air has a full time installation tech position available immediately.
Requirements:
Experience is needed for this position.
Must be able to work weekends when needed. Have a clean driving record, with own transportation to and from work and pass drug testing. We offer a competitive salary, 401K, paid holidays, annual bonuses and vacation pay. We are locally owned and operated, fully licensed and insured. Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 to 4. Overtime is sometimes required but generally only during peak seasons. As an installer, there are no “on call” requirements. There is room for advancement and further training in other positions within the company. Just a heads up because I’m getting some calls and questions. There is a post circulating about switching your systems to Emergency heat. Please do not put your heat pumps on emergency heat! If you need further information or questions please send me a PM. Also, if there is ice forming on your unit, DO NOT go wacking at it with a shovel, hammer or any other tool. It will save us all time and money. Thank you!
