This is something the owners, Gerald and Dorothy Bauman, have believed in and continue to maintain as an essential part of the company. From its modest beginning, Bauman Construction of Chippewa Falls Inc has matured into a multi-million dollar design/build general contractor and has continued to serve its varied clients in the family oriented tradition of service and attention to detail. Quality and durability are the primary concerns of the company when constructing any project. Bauman Construction currently provides full-time employment for approximately 45 individuals as well as seasonal intern employees. The owners take pride in having employees which have remained with the company as it has matured, which is shown by our crew foremen having an average of 24+ years of experience with our company. We have made a strong commitment to provide a safe work environment on all of our job sites. Our primary objective is to make safety our first priority.
