Liam Services LLC Liam Services is the premier HVAC and Electrical company serving Newcastle and surrounding areas. The conception of Liam Services began June 22, 2006.

On that day, Liam James Monhollan was born 10-weeks premature and shortly thereafter diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Liams father, Jeff Monhollan, knew from that day on he wanted to care for and spend every day with his son. His goal was to create an environment where they could spend time and work together, while providing the needed care and attention to Liam. As an electrician by trade Liam’s fa

ther began working on his own with Liam at his side. Even on long days, Liam did not want to leave until the job was complete. He was a firm believer in doing the job right and treating everyone like family. This fell in line with his fathers work ethic and the dedication to the trade and customers. This practice is still carried through in every job we perform today. These events inspired Premier Power Electrical Services LLC in 2016. The company was awarded multiple new residential electrical contracts. Quickly, Premier Power, accumulated hundreds of homes with five different builders under contract. Liams dad would sneak him onto many of the sites, wheelchair and all. So, Liam could be apart of helping his father wire these homes. On June 8th, 2017, after a sudden hard fought battle with an unknown medical condition. Liam, with his mother and father at his side, passed away peacefully on to his afterlife. Now he can run, jump and play in heaven; where he continues to look down and take care of his family and friends on earth. In 2019, it was realized that Premier Power wanted to do more to serve our customers. We believed that adding services would be the perfect way to achieve this. After hiring appropriate license holders, HVAC services were added to our repertoire. Currently, plumbing is offered through our trusted affiliate. In honor of Liam James Monhollan, our company name was changed to Liam Services LLC in 2019. We strive daily to treat every client like family. Liam Services is not happy until you are happy. This is more than just a company, more than a story, this is a continued belief in doing what is right and adhering to our company core values.
