Check out this tree coming down while the house goes up! This large tree was removed to open up the front of the home and create a better setting for the finished project.

Walls are wrapped up and roof framing is going up now. This home is really starting to take shape!

This home is officially finished, and the new homeowners are moved in! We’re excited to finally share a little sneak peek of the finished product.

From a sketch to a finished kitchen. ✏️➡️🏡

This one is a little more personal, as it’s Paul’s own kitchen!! Before this kitchen transformation came the planning. Paul took the time to sketch out ideas for the space before bringing the vision to life. Take a look at the process from the original kitchen, to the sketches, to the finished result.

We love seeing how a little planning on paper can turn into a space that completely transforms a home. This is the kind of thought and attention to detail that goes into every Vondersaar Homes project.

🏡 Custom Home Build Update | Noblesville

This custom home is officially taking shape! The foundation is going in, including a full walk-out basement and a separate foundation for the future pool house. Next up: walls and slabs will be poured soon, bringing this project one step closer to the finished home.
