As part of the ownership transition that began at the start of 2025, Nick Macke, Brett Blaha, Kevin Lothian, and John Aaron Fry joined the ownership group to help support the future growth, stability, and leadership of CMS.

Now, with the unanimous support of the ownership group, Nick Macke has been named President of Complete Mechanical Services. In his five years with CMS, Nick has helped elevate the company’s growth, culture, and leadership. We are excited for this next chapter and confident in the future ahead.

Last week, multiple CMS job sites showed their support for the Karen Wellington Foundation for Living with Breast Cancer by proudly wearing pink KWF shirts to help raise awareness for women and families living with breast cancer.

It’s a small gesture with a big message. We stand behind the mission to bring FUN, joy, and unforgettable experiences to those who need it most.
