Meet our Fall 2026 co-ops!

We’re excited to have Eyan Schulz and Anton Hoelmer, two University of Cincinnati students joining the Trans Ash team for the Fall 2026 co-op term.

As they gain hands-on experience and learn alongside our teams, we’re looking forward to supporting their growth, expanding their skills, and giving them a firsthand look at what a career in our industry can look like.

🎨 Last week, following an educational day of Trans Ash University, our OSLs and HR team got creative during a team outing at a painting class! It was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and enjoy time together outside of work.

Our team enjoyed a well-deserved ice cream break when an ice cream truck stopped by the site! It was the perfect opportunity to cool down, enjoy a little time together, and show our appreciation for the hard work our team puts in every day!

Our Mobile, AL team came together for a night of bowling and giving back! 🎳

Proceeds from the event will support projects benefiting multiple nonprofit organizations throughout the year. We’re proud to come together, have some fun, and support organizations making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work!

Getting the next generation interested in the industry early. 👷‍♂️

We were proud to sponsor the Pierce Township Night Out event and bring our new simulator along, giving attendees of all ages the opportunity to experience what it’s like to operate a dump truck and excavator.

Opportunities like this give community members a hands-on look at the equipment, technology, and careers that keep our industry moving. We’re always excited to connect with our communities and help spark an interest in the construction industry and the opportunities it offers!
