Giant Liquor in Mason, Ohio.

Scheduled completion early July. This liquor store features a 16 tap bar made to sample local beers with a full patio. Additionally there is going to be a full underground stream in the isleways with water flowing underground and water features. There will be a glass walkway to explore the full stream throughout the store.

About a month ago we went into 5 locations for an instant oil change chain off hours and brought them up to their compliance standards. Mainly paint, new/added railings and mid rails along with some electrical upgrades for phase 2. Next phase should start soon and much larger scale work. Stay tuned!

Here are some pictures of the finished product for a 28 Unit Apartment Building we started the first of the year in Columbus, OH. Most of the building had been vacant since 2014 so we had our work cut out for us. We got them completely remodeled from the studs out and back rent ready for the new owners.

Finally posting some final photos of the UC Baseball Stadium we finished back in June. Completely gutted the restrooms including CMU walls, toilets partitions, and the sinking concrete slabs. New piers were installed under the new concrete slab to alleviate future failures from taking place again. At this point everything was built back to original condition.

Lutz CM is in search of a jobsite superintendent to run a project we are starting at the University of Cincinnati, project will last through the summer.
