Exciting News Alert! Let's give a big round of applause to Megan and TJ, two of our incredible high school co-ops who, after our Signing Day, are now officially joining our team full-time starting this June!

From their first days with us, Megan and TJ jumped right into the Hand Drilling and Material Handling departments, showing their enthusiasm to learn new skills. Megan has been mastering the LU15, MacTurn, and Bar Cell, while TJ has been impressing us with his skills on the 1420, A*5, and MA500 machines.

Looking ahead to June, Megan will be taking responsibility in Bar Cell, and TJ will be running the MA500 machine. Their dedication and ability to adapt make them valuable members of our team.

"We chose Megan and TJ for their impressive skills and their eagerness to learn and grow. We also love how quickly they've become part of the RI family," shared Jesse Luthy, their manager.

"I enjoy being their manager because I love teaching and watching those around me improve not just in their skills, but in their lives."

Megan and TJ, welcome officially to the team! We're so excited to see the impact you'll make as you continue to flourish with us.

Today, we gathered together for our annual holiday lunch, and what a feast it was! 🍲🍰 Amidst the delicious spread of food, we took a moment to celebrate the incredible hard work and dedication of each member of the Richards Industrials' team this year.

As a token of our appreciation, we gave away some awesome prizes to a few lucky winners (Gift Cards to Top Golf and Jeff Ruby's, a Nespresso Maker, a Solo Stove, Airpods Max headphones and a Blackstone Griddle).

This holiday season, we want to reflect on the accomplishments and milestones we've achieved together. Whether it's overcoming challenges, reaching new heights, or simply supporting each other, every effort counts, and we're proud to have such an amazing team.

Today, we celebrated the remarkable career of a true legend in our company, Scott Webster, who has devoted an incredible 43 years to our team. Scott's unwavering commitment has left an unforgettable mark on all of us. His leadership, wisdom, and dedication have made our workplace a better and brighter environment. 🚀
