Something new is emerging at Kao Collins. We are currently developing our next-generation opaque white ink, TSW3801, for TIJ technology, and early print trials are demonstrating strong performance compared to other options in this category.

While still in validation, this formulation aims to deliver:
• Superior opacity and shade
• Faster dry time
• Reliable domestic sourcing, ensuring a longer shelf life

TSW3801 is targeting a Q2 launch, pending successful validation. At Kao Collins, development isn’t just about small improvements; it’s about creating solutions that elevate the standards of industrial inkjet. If opaque white is part of your plan, now is the time to start the conversation.

We were proud to welcome two 4th-grade classes through Adopt A Class to Kao Collins this week!

Students got a hands-on introduction to chemistry and a behind-the-scenes look at how inkjet inks are developed and manufactured. From exploring color science to seeing real-world applications in action, it was a great opportunity to connect classroom learning to real careers in STEM.
