Did you know it's National Dog Day? We're celebrating the four-legged members of our team who may not wear hard hats or safety vests but are always part of our crew.

Here’s to our loyal companions who help us recharge!

This year’s is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our Co-op Program!

What began in 2016 with just seven co-ops has grown into a program that has welcomed more than 150 students from colleges and universities across the country. Over the past decade, we've been proud to provide hands-on experience that helps students build their careers while making a meaningful impact on our projects and teams.

Even more rewarding, many of those former co-ops chose to build their careers with us and continue to make a difference as full-time team members today.

To every current and former Triversity co-op, thank you for your hard work, curiosity, and contributions over the years. We're grateful to have been part of your journey, and we can't wait to see what the next 10 years bring!

Cincinnati Children's is consistently recognized as one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country, and that reputation is built on more than rankings. It’s rooted in how they respond to community needs and plan for what’s next.

In 2024, following increased patient demand at their Mason and Liberty primary care locations, Cincinnati Children’s made the decision to expand access in the region. After evaluating options, they selected Loveland as the site for a new satellite primary care center, repurposing an existing building into a neighborhood resource for pediatric care.

Our team completed the fit-out in 2025, transforming the space into Cincinnati Children's Loveland Primary Care. The project included new interior finishes and full upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The facility now includes 18 exam rooms, a conference room, break room, office space, and a welcoming lobby and waiting area.

The result is improved access for families, with shorter wait times and reduced travel for care in the community.

This project also marked a milestone for our team, as it was the first where Triversity Craft Force self-performed acoustic ceilings.

Thank you to Cincinnati Children’s for more than 20 years of partnership and GBBN Architects for their continued collaboration in supporting this important healthcare project.

At Triversity, we're committed to supporting the wellbeing of our people, on and off the job.

As a people-first organization and a 2025 recipient of the Excellence in Mental Health and Wellness Award through the ACI's Safety in Construction Awards, we’re committed to leading in an area that demands attention. Our goal is simple, remove the stigma and create space for open, honest conversations about stress, burnout, and mental health in construction.

Last month (Mental Health Awareness Month), we hosted multiple su***de prevention trainings and will have 20+% of our employees trained in Mental Health First Aid by the end of June. We're proud of the work we've done and will continue the work and conversations.

Last month, Triversity hosted our team for an engaging and informative Safety Day at the Savannah Center. The day began with a comprehensive review of our safety performance, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement.

The day continued with team competitions, breakout sessions, and a keynote presentation from Meriden McGraw discussing how strong teams address challenges directly while maintaining respect and trust, offering techniques and scenarios specific to our industry.

Thank you to our entire Safety Day committee for coordinating this year’s event in a way that was both fun and impactful for our entire team!

Today we broke ground on The Lockard, a mixed-use development project at the corner of Liberty and Walnut Streets in Over-the-Rhine. We’re proud to partner with Urban Sites and Western & Southern Financial Group on the continued resurgence of one of Cincinnati’s most historic neighborhoods.

Last week, our team attended the Allied Construction Industries 97th Annual Meeting & Dinner at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

It was a great opportunity to connect with industry colleagues and partners invested in the built environment. Thank you ACI for all you do to connect the people, resources, and influence that move commercial construction forward in our region!

Last week, our team attended the Cincinnati Regional Chamber's Annual Dinner, Legacy & Promise: A Celebration of Leadership, at the newly renovated First Financial Center.

We spent the evening connecting with fellow leaders and supporting our President & CEO and Cincinnati Regional Chamber Board Chair, James Watkins, as he reflected on his year in the role, highlighted key 2026 Chamber priorities, and spoke about his journey to Cincinnati, inspired by one of the Great Living Cincinnatians, Pete Strange.

A special thank you to Pete, whose vision and leadership played a foundational role in Jim and Triversity’s story and whose impact on the construction industry continues to be felt across our region and beyond.

Congratulations to Brendon Cull and the Chamber team, the Great Living Cincinnatian Award recipients, and the 2026 We Are Making Black History honorees on a fantastic evening.
