Great progress at the new Folchi's Tuxedos and Menswear in Anderson!

Metal framing is complete and drywall is currently in progress. We are on track for a fall grand opening and looking forward to seeing this space come together over the next few weeks.

Perry Contracting is proud to serve as general contractor for the new Folchi's Tuxedos and Menswear storefront coming to Anderson this fall. It's the kind of project we love: helping a longtime local business and friend grow into their next chapter.

The new space nearly doubles the size of Folchi's current Anderson location. It's designed to give customers more room during busy wedding and prom seasons and to support the elevated retail experience new owner Jay Sowar is building on the East Side.

Projects like this are exactly why we do what we do. We're grateful to Jay for the trust he placed in our team, and we've enjoyed collaborating with our design partner, RSL Commercial Architecture Inc.. Construction is underway now, with completion slated for this fall. More updates to come on construction progress!
