The Cincinnati Manufacturing Landscape Is Changing. So Are We.

Over the past few years, several of Greater Cincinnati's premier machine shops have become part of larger organizations through acquisitions and strategic mergers. Those investments are strengthening aerospace and defense manufacturing throughout our region, but they're also changing the commercial machining landscape for many industrial companies.

Union TC125 Horizontal Boring Mill

Our new Union TC125 gives customers another solution for machining large fabricated weldments, machine bases, housings, and precision components requiring multi-sided machining.

Doosan PUMA VTR1216M Vertical Turning Lathe

For years, large-capacity vertical turning has been one of the few capabilities missing from our shop. The addition of this machine closes that gap while giving customers a dedicated solution for large round components and heavy rotating equipment.

🔧 Now Hiring: Facility & Equipment Maintenance Technician 🔧

Do you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, preventing breakdowns, and taking pride in a clean, well-maintained shop?

Die Craft Machining & Engineering is looking for a hands-on Facility & Equipment Maintenance Technician to help keep our CNC machining operation running efficiently and reliably. This position plays a critical role in maintaining equipment uptime, supporting our facility infrastructure, and helping us build a proactive maintenance culture.

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Maintaining and troubleshooting CNC mills, lathes, and waterjet equipment
✅ Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
✅ Supporting pumps, HVAC systems, dust collection systems, and shop utilities
✅ Cleaning and maintaining machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity
✅ Performing light facility maintenance and general shop support
✅ Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and uptime

What We're Looking For:
✔ 3–5+ years of maintenance experience
✔ Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
✔ Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
✔ Self-motivated and organized
✔ Someone who believes maintenance is about preventing problems—not just fixing them

Today at Lawrenceburg Speedway, we come together again to honor Justin Owen.

The memorial race and trophy are a way to pause, reflect, and remember—but the truth is, Justin isn’t someone we think about just once a year. He’s part of the everyday at Die Craft. In the conversations, in the shop, in the way we handle challenges, and in the way we show up for each other.

Being part of building this trophy each year is an honor. It’s not just about creating something that looks good on race night—it’s about putting real thought, effort, and meaning into something that represents a guy who left a lasting impact on everyone around him.

This year’s trophy was once again a team effort, and we want to specifically recognize Joe Rouse and JC Caseltine for their work bringing it together. Also, a big thank you to Michael Parks of GZERO Additive for the third year of collaboration helping make this thing what it is.

The race is a moment. The trophy is a symbol. But the memory—and the impact—last all year.

When the Woodlawn Fire Department needed repairs to their aluminum ladders, we were proud to step up.

This wasn’t a simple weld-and-go job. We had to learn and follow specialized procedures for removing and reinstalling ladder rungs to ensure the ladders met safety standards and performed exactly as intended. When firefighters climb, there’s no room for “close enough.”

Our team put in the extra effort so they can focus on what matters most — protecting our community.

It’s a small contribution on our end, but it supports people who take on big risks every day.
