We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience in the commercial/industrial HVAC field and possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in and commercial and industrial properties. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Duties-
-Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
-Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
-Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment.
-Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and installation requirements.
-Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
-Ensure all work areas are clean and safe during and after installations.

Skills
-Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
-Proficiency in servicing and installing air conditioning units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, split systems, ductless mini splits, and more.
-Ability to maintain equipment effectively for longevity and performance.
-Experience in property maintenance is a plus.
-Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites.
-Familiarity with reading schematics for system installations.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Last week we replaced a 430 gallon storage tank for a boiler in a hotel mechanical room for one of our customers. We also installed all new piping and fittings for the tank, and started up the boilers to confirm system operation. Photos were taken during the install before it was complete.

On Friday we had our annual holiday party. We changed it up this year and had it at our shop which turned out to be a great time. We grilled out, had a co****le tournament, and while we're all usually out in the field in 10 different directions, it was nice to all be in one spot enjoying the sunshine and each other's company.

We are looking to hire an experienced commercial service technician in the Cincinnati area, providing commercial and industrial equipment installation, service, and maintenance repair for our customer base.

QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS MUST BE ABLE TO:
-Repair, diagnose and install various commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including but not limited to: boilers, chillers, cooling towers, make-up air units, package units, exhaust fans, water source heat pumps as well as VRF systems, with little or no supervision.

-Minimum of 3-5 years related HVAC service experience, and the ability to work on your own and respond to, fix and diagnose service calls successfully in a timely manner without supervision.

-A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required along with a minimum of two (2) years of electrical/HVAC service training or completion of an approved training program.

-The ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and customers and follow both written and verbal directions.

-A Kentucky journeyman's license is a plus.

-EPA certification and an advanced knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and air flow are required.

-The successful candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. A valid driver's license is required.
