Before ➝ After

What started as a dated 1960s home is now a fully reimagined residence designed for modern family life and large-scale entertaining.

This project involved a complete gut remodel plus six separate additions, including a new two-car garage, all set on a beautiful lot overlooking a public golf course. A new dormer addition expanded the second floor while introducing more dynamic rooflines and natural light.

On the first floor, we opened up the kitchen, breakfast area, and living room, replacing a series of small, disconnected rooms with an open-concept layout and a new porch that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living.

Big progress this week on our Hyde Park build.
Walls are up and the structural steel is officially in place — a huge milestone for this home.
