Fabrication:

Our fabrication capabilities include top-of-the-line Amada lasers with the ability to cut up to 1.00" material, Amada turrets with an enormous tool library, and Cincinnati forming presses with 12 foot beds and up to 350 tons of forming power. Stamping:

Our extensive stamping department holds 20 presse

s varying in sizes from 22 tons to up to 600 tons. BERMO can handle parts up to 120" long and 60" wide and can even run up to .250" thick material. Welding:

Our highly sophisticated FANUC welding robots can weld 360° at high speeds saving time and labor costs for our customers. All of our hand welding employees are American Welding Society (AWS) certified and are tested on each process they perform. BERMO has MIG, TIG, and even spot welding robots available providing multiple welding options for our customers. Tooling:

BERMO Inc. has a full tool house which provides an extra benefit to our customer. Our ability to make, fix, and improve tools and dies in-house saves our customers time and money on parts. We are also able to retro-fix existing tools to fit customers' needs.
