The Rain Has Entered the Chat.

After months of sunshine, dry weather, and pretending the rain didn’t exist, the PNW’s favorite conversation starter is officially back. And unfortunately, your building may have a few things to say about it. 👀

We wrapped up the 2026 golf tournament season with a 'hole' lot of fun! ⛳🏌️

Three tournaments. Two days. Eugene to Seattle. And plenty of miles, swings, laughs, and industry connections in between!

Thursday brought the heat as our teams joined our multifamily partners at the WMFHA tournament in Seattle and the Multifamily NW tournament in Eugene. Then, typical PNW weather cooled things down just in time for Friday’s CAI Western Oregon Chapter tournament with our HOA and community management partners.

We may be putting the clubs away for the season, but we’re already looking forward to teeing it up again next year!

Before our summer sunshine flies south for the winter, there’s still time to take a closer look.

Destructive testing can help uncover issues hiding beneath the surface, like failed seals, hidden water intrusion, and other building envelope concerns. Finding these problems now gives you time to address them before the PNW rain returns in full force, and before those stretches of freezing temperatures put even more stress on vulnerable areas.

He checked in with the office upon arrival, kept us updated throughout the day, and stopped by before leaving to provide a final status update.
We hired Finnmark for a restoration project at our apartment community that required extensive drywall replacement. Since our buildings were constructed in the early 1990s, matching the existing drywall texture can be extremely challenging. From rain jackets to rolled-up sleeves... now that's a classic PNW golf day. ⛳🌦️

Yesterday's IREM Western Washington Golf Tournament started with plenty of layers, a little wind, and just enough drizzle to keep everyone guessing. But by the back nine, the sun decided to show up and help everyone keep those farmer's tans in championship form. 😎
