We know some companies are starting to set pre-buy pricing. We normally set our price mid-July. This year with pricing being as high as it is, we are planning to wait as long as we can in hopes that pricing will come WAY down. We are very hopefuly that we will see a decrease from current pricing.

Budget information will be coming out to those who have been on it and or requested to recieve information.

We want to take a minute and give a big shoutout to or technicians and delivery crew

Our delivery crew starts around 6am and go till they’ve gotten all their deliveries done. We have a small crew with each guy doing 50-100 stops daily & because of this we are never behind or backed up.

Our technicians have had a week, weekend and lots of sleepless nights with this cold snap.

We have the best team and we appreciate every single one of you!

Our office will be open normal hours on Monday.

Yes, we will delivering as we are able. If you are scheduled for a delivery and your driveway isn’t taken care of, our drivers will not attempt it. This is for the safety or our drivers. Our service vans also need to be able to access driveways.

Reminder- please make sure you are plowed, sanded and a path is shoveled to your oil fill or propane tanks.

With the snowstorm on its way, please make sure you are plowed and SANDED. Our definition of sanded means - make it look like a dirt road.

We understand some people can make their driveway with very little sand, however, trucks with fuel moving around doesn’t help with traction.

Also, we understand you may drive up into your driveway and never have an issue. We opt to back in as it’s easier to control a sliding truck while facing forwards vs backward.

We are not trying to be difficult BUT trucks are not cheap to replace and tow bills are also very expensive

Please remember to sand your driveways ahead of your delivery/service needs.

Don’t be afraid to make it look like the beach! Throwing sand by hand will not give the trucks traction they need.

Safety of our employees is our top priority. If your driveway isn’t taken care of properly we may not attempt the stop.

Please remember to check your gauge and plan ahead for your delivery needs. We are open with LIMITED hours Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

If your delivery area is Thursday, please plan ahead. We will be delivering prior to Thursday this week and next.
