From an empty attic to a full-blown Star Wars themed movie theater completely from scratch.

Clean rooflines, seamless stucco, and window placement that brings in natural light while maintaining privacy. Every detail was planned so the new space flows naturally with the existing structure, both inside and out.

This interior renovation completely transformed the home from dated and disconnected to bright, cohesive, and elevated. We removed and replaced flooring throughout, installing large-format marble-look tile in the main living areas and refinishing existing hardwood for warmth and balance. Fireplaces were redesigned with new custom surrounds, statement wall treatments were added, and lighting was upgraded to enhance both scale and ambiance.

A full refresh that brought elegance, flow, and a timeless feel to the entire space.
