A recent feature highlighting the Our Lady of Fatima Shrine in Western New York had us looking back on a project that remains a meaningful part of Picone Construction’s history.

Back in 2008, we had the opportunity to complete extensive interior and exterior renovations at this well-known historical landmark.

Projects like this are about more than construction. They’re about helping preserve places that hold meaning for the community and ensuring they continue to be enjoyed for years to come.

Emerling Townhouse progress in Springville, NY ✨

These spaces are really starting to come together, and we can’t get over the stunning LVP flooring throughout the entire project. The warm tones and texture bring so much character to every room while keeping the design clean, modern, and durable.

And that bottom photo? Easily the cutest little laundry area — functional, stylish, and proof that even the smallest spaces can make a big impact. We can’t wait to share more as this project continues to take shape!

Wrapping up our spotlight series on the three projects we submitted for the Brick by Brick Awards this year:

Our final featured project is The PACE Center at D'Youville University in Buffalo.

We’re proud of the collaboration, craftsmanship, and dedication that helped bring this vision to reality, and grateful to everyone who played a role throughout the process.

It’s an honor to have this project included among our submissions for this year's Brick by Brick Awards alongside two other outstanding projects.

Continuing our spotlight series on the three projects submitted for the Brick by Brick Awards this year: McBride Animal Hospital in Tonawanda.

Projects like this are especially meaningful because they directly support both the people and animals in our community. This facility was designed to help provide a welcoming, efficient, and modern environment for veterinary care. We are so thankful for the partnership and collaboration that made this amazing project possible.
