Time has proven that we are not the best at social media participation, but we are VERY good at what we do everyday in our shop. No matter if it is a gift or collectible from our etsy store (check it out if you haven't recently), or a specialized custom batch of parts, our mantra is to offer the best possible quality every single time. Sometimes the shop work has to take a break so other chores can get done. Today seemed like the perfect Vermont day to mow the grass. I use lawn cutting as an opportunity to chat with those that have passed on from this life. It takes me almost 7 hours to do a full mow, so it is ample time to catch up. I was inspired today to make some pretty cool stripes on the front lawn so if there is anyone that can look down from above they have something nice to look at. I don't really know exactly what I believe in, but I do know for sure that if my Dad and Grandfather can see the grass they enjoy it. Makes mowing a bit more meaningful.

We get asked regularly to machine some pretty unique items, but this may be the first time we have evolved a basic household item into literal art. These drink coasters will be a full set of 12 when completed. They are milled from solid 304 stainless steel bar sized at 4" square and a full 1/2" thick. At 27 ounces each it is safe to assume these will not cling to the bottom of a glass in the Summer time, but if they do, better watch out for your feet! Thanks to the Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry for modeling them. It's my beverage choice everyday to start my shop work days.

Greetings, folks! It's been one hell of a Winter here in Vermont. For those paying attention it has been about 10 months since our last social media post. No excuses, we just suck at it.
