Job Title: Construction Worker ⚠️

We are a growing service company looking to hire 1–2 reliable individuals. This is a hands-on position, and we’re willing to train the right person.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (paid 1-hour lunch)
Saturdays available

Requirements:
• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:
Discussed during interview or trial run
Paid bi-weekly

Additional Info:
Work may slow down during the winter months, so be prepared for occasional days or weeks off.

We started by pressure washing the roof and all wood surfaces, then sanded and prepped everything for the first coat of stain. The customer chose a great color and was very satisfied with the final result.

We’re finishing up this staining project and were able to make good progress thanks to the weather. The customer chose this color and is very happy with how it’s turning out.
We pressure washed and sanded everything smooth for a clean finish, except the ceiling, which she chose to keep rough—and it turned out great.

At High Quality Services, we make sure everything is taken care of and prepared before any work begins. Our goal is to make the process easier for the next trades and ensure the job is done right from the start.

Just wrapped up a lake house and boathouse project for a customer. We refreshed the exterior and replaced several areas of rotting wood under the deck,the boathouse and lake house to get everything ready for the spring and summer season.
This one had its challenges, especially working around the boathouse with the water levels still high, but we were able to get it done and it turned out great.

The crew kicked off a trim project today on a very steep roof. The morning started out cloudy, but once the sun came out, conditions couldn’t have been better. With the weather on our side, we were able to power through and complete the entire project in just one day.
