RJR Fabrication has a fully equipped 20,000 square foot shop. We currently provide parts for automated machinery lines, heavy machine manufacturers with the addition of manufacturing work platforms, walkways, crossovers and handrail. All products can be processed from steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
RJR Fabrication has recently invested in new Trumpf 6000 W pallet changing fiber laser, a 100-ton Trumpf press-break along with a CNC tube bender.
RJR Fabrication also has value added processes of 5 certified welders in both mig and tig with an additional robot mig welder for longer and volume-oriented projects. We also produce parts that are currently painted in our 20 x 30 paint-booth.

RJR Fabrication’s material is sourced to exacting flatness prior to processing to achieve above industry standard tolerances. Our quality control is the best in the business, and you can count on the quality of our product and our ability to get our pallets on time.
Our steel pallets are made to each customer's specifications and are available in thicknesses ranging from 3/16" to 5/8".
