Recently replaced this 10 ton compressor, was a bad R454B burnout. First one I’ve seen on A2L refrigerant. Installed a new suction and liquid line drier in it, changed vacuum pump oil 6 times, purged nitrogen to help remove all moisture. Added new refrigerant and acid away, and start components. Came back 2 days later performed an acid test, and it was all good! Recovered refrigerant, replaced liquid drier, and removed suction drier, charged with mew refrigerant again, system all good!!🙏

Customer supplied equipment, FYI the old exhaust vent used for a chase, was sealed with insulation. Gonna install several more.
