M.A. DeAtley Construction is presently seeking a Project Manager to help with all aspects of project mgmt. from bidding to final close-out. Resp. include bidding, owner correspondence, subcontractor and supplier correspondence, project submittals, cost control, progress invoicing, material and supplies procurement, quantity tracking/reporting, change order pricing for additional work, prepare/update progress schedules, permit applications, environmental permit monitoring. Additional tasks may include: developing grade control files and calculating earthwork quantities utilizing survey equipment and software.
Must be able to work independently; possess strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Word/Excel. A degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Mgmt., Civil Eng. or similar discipline is preferred but not required. Valid driver license is required.
