Ypsilanti, 3150 Carpenter Road, opening on Oct. 10.

Sierra, the popular off-price outdoor retailer, is opening its newest Michigan location at Lakeshore Marketplace!

As the general contractor for this 20,000-square-foot project, we’re proud to have delivered a space that brings Sierra’s vision to life and can’t wait for the community to enjoy it! 👷‍♂️

An off-price retail brand is opening its final West Michigan store for the year.

DZI has been awarded the construction of the new Burlington store in Portage, MI! 🛠️ We are proud to partner with Burlington to bring this fantastic project to life and can't wait to see it completed.

The Bed, Bath & Beyond lettering has been removed from the building and the blue background was painted over in red.
