A successful project is not finished when construction ends. It is finished when the closeout is complete.

Strong closeout starts well before the final walkthrough. Staying ahead of inspections, punch-list items, warranties, training, turnover documents, and subcontractor follow-up helps prevent delays and gets the owner into the space faster.

We put together 10 closeout practices our team uses to keep projects moving and avoid the last-minute scramble.

Expanding into a new state is an exciting milestone for our team, and this project represents the kind of growth we’ve been working toward.
