We opened an interesting can of worms this week. A bathroom where a simple overlooked step caused a BIG problem. Hidden under tile water seeped in over a decade causing extensive damage. We cut out that cancer, treated all the mold… washed all the lumber under that area. Now to rebuild a beautiful bathroom.

Small redesign of our house plans by lowering the garage ceiling 7 feet, plus smart advice from our favorite vendor 84 Lumber Company Matt Karns. We added potential for a full extra 600 feet onto this house. Let’s see if we can can make some money on this plan!
