Today was a very productive day with Hatch and Korea Zinc. We looked at 5 properties today and had great meetings with each of the owners and brokers that showed us the space. I want to say thank you to Max Smith, SIOR Zac Cypress with Colliers and Hamilton Development for giving us the inside of North Park Logistics. John Preston with CBRE for a great rundown on their location at American S***f facility. Also William Sisk on their awesome 75,000 square foot locations. Lastly RJ Corman Railroad group for allowing to tour their warehouse last minute.

Nick Baker with Leo Millan showed us a great office space.

This is a huge project going on, lots of heads coming together to make it happen. Thank you all for your time and expertise towards this project.
