On a HVAC Clean and Service I found this Evaporator Coil full of dog hair. This build up caused the system to leak condensation on the floor and rot out the subfloor. Routine maintenance would have prevented this very expensive repair. Please allow me the opportunity to save you from costly repairs !

I found this p-trap cracked on a clean and service. The crack was on the back and wasn't visible. It's becoming common to find these cracked in attics from freezing temperatures in the winter. This crack absolutely would have leaked water this summer and very possibly caused expensive water damage.
$55 is my fee for a HVAC Clean and Service. It's a very small charge compared to the money I can save you in possible repairs and money saved in assuring the system is running as efficiently as possible.
