t firm in Clarksville with four professional Architects and support staff members. The firm is large enough to offer diversity and flexibility, but small enough to maintain personal hands-on service. A client is not passed-off to less experienced individuals. Lyle • Cook • Martin Architects combines over seventy-five years of hands-on project experience by the principals and upper management staff. Direct principal involvement in all phases of project development insures the client that the full value of knowledge and experience available is being applied on their project. Our firm purposely does not specialize in any particular building or project type. We feel that a broad base of experience on both large and small projects in multiple architectural types helps to keep our technical skills and delivery procedures well honed, however, based on our repeat clients, we have developed certain specialized skills and expertise which exceed a typical firms in the areas of building renovation, reroofing and building envelope failures. This experience contributes to the technical correctness of our new projects. Our philosophy of practice is to provide our clients with the physical manifestation of their needs and desires through a collaborative effort that involves all parties in the decision making process. We do not have a set style or product to sell. We feel that a buildings appearance must respond to its particular use, location and client’s desire. Lyle Cook Martin Architects was honored to accept the Tennessee School Boards Association (TSBA) 2025 School of the Year Award for Excellence in Architectural Design for the design of the new Lewis County High School in Hohenwald, Tennessee, which opened in August of 2025. This is our third TSBA award in three consecutive years, a rare feat, following Kirkwood Middle School in 2023 and Kirkwood High School in 2024. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and the Lewis County Board of Education to develop these new campuses.

Lyle Cook Martin Architects appreciated the opportunity to serve as the architectural firm for the design of new buildings for Montgomery County's Stokes Park. Stokes Park is now home to three baseball/softball fields and two youth community multi-purpose fields, along with a new concession stand and pavilion. Participating in the ribbon-cutting ceremony last week demonstrates the commitment and dedication of Montgomery County to serving the growing population of athletes on the north side of the community.

Lyle Cook Martin Architects is proud to have designed recently completed renovations to the Pulaski Municipal Building. This project modernized the facade with ACM panels and aluminum storefronts while preserving the building's historical character. A big congratulations to Brindley Construction, LLC for winning three awards for this project, including the Associated Builders and Contractors 2024 National Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award, the ABC North Alabama 2024 Award of Excellence, and the ABC Greater Tennessee 2024 Excellence in Construction.

It was an absolute honor for all of us at Lyle Cook Martin Architects to be the architects and designers of the new Shelby’s Trio three-story restaurant in downtown Clarksville, TN. Significant coordination was required by all design team members, the owners, and contractors to achieve this high level of architectural exterior and interior detailing. Craft Point Concepts did a remarkable job enhancing our design concepts throughout all three restaurant levels receiving a well deserved award from the national AWI-Architectural Woodwork Institute and featured in the summer edition of Design Solutions magazine! A huge Thank You to the Maynard Family for trusting us and allowing us to make this dream come true!
