Overview

Versatility Services Inc. is a company that was started by Troy Roth in November of 2014 to serve the needs of clients looking for a cost effective solution in electrical controls and automation.
Background
• Troy started his electrical career in the U.S. Navy. He received his training at Navy Nuclear Field “A” School and Navy Nuclear Power School in Orlando.
• After spending 6 years in the Navy as an Electricians Mate he spend 3 years working for residential, commercial, and industrial contractors in Upstate New York.
• Troy then spent four years working as an electrician/instrument technician at a chemical plant before relocating to Florida in 1999.
• Worked at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure as a ride and show technician for 1 year.
• Spent one year at Central Power and Lime as a plant electrician for a coal fired power generating facility.
• In 2001 Troy started his career in electrical design with Rocha Controls in Tampa. He spent 4 years there primarily focusing on Water/Wastewater treatment plant design of PLC based control systems.
• Worked for DcR Engineering as Senior Electrical Designer for 10 years. This included many start-up and commissioning of new control systems for various industrial clients.

Versatility Services has completed the design and start up of a sand processing plant, This new Florida Silica Sand plant is located in Plant City Florida. We designed, built and commissioned a control panel that controls 12 belt conveyors, 2 bucket elevators, 3 shaker screens, and one rotary drum dryer.
