We were able to finish up a nice residential house project on the lake a few weeks ago. We hammered out the rock for the building footprint. Installed the septic, shorewell, and electric. Formed and poured all the concrete slabs and foundation walls. Installed the drainage, parged and backfilled. Then we installed the driveway, and establish the lawn! Thank you to these great customers! Great job guys!

Happy Thursday! Last year we completed this beautiful transformation for some great clients. (They even made us chili and put out hot coffee!) We installed the foundations for the addition, garage and retaining walls around the area to accommodate grade. We installed all utilities. Installed a shorewell, as well as a complete shoreline transformation, dredged and hammered rock out of the boat slip and topped it off with a propane 🔥 firepit! The homeowners busted their tails building the addition and garage! They did an absolute stand up job landscaping and planting the property to accommodate our work. Thank you Kiah Sugrue Lic. Real Estate Salesperson & Matt Sugre for the great opportunity to work with you guys and letting us share our work!

Yesterday we completed a little 1 row wall project on the St.Lawrence. We left the natural rock boat ramp for access and preserved the tree. The homeowners will install a dock to the wall this summer. We also installed a small shade area under some trees for river viewing. Not bad for 2 days of work. No project is too big or too small just give us a call. -Bach & Co

Check this out! We restored an old Marine basin! Dredged out the inside and kept the water pumped out, we were 8’ below the lake water level. We had Rusty Johnston Masonry work with us to get the walls poured in a timely manor and encapsulate the rock. They did a great job. We Built up the prevailing wind side with beams and rock to ensure durability. The customer is going to install a dock and enjoy the Summer ☀️ great job crew!

We were able to squeeze in and finish another project last week before the spring rain. A nice retaining wall across 200’ of shoreline. Two low tiers with steps to the water, beach sand and concrete on the patio level. We installed a 15’ wide easy access boat ramp. The best of all is that we were able to preserve the existing trees (especially the tree with the swing) Great cleanup and finishing details on this project and very happy customers 👌🏼.
