🏡 Another Front Porch Refresh Completed in Clayton, NC!

We just wrapped up this beautiful front porch renovation, giving the home a cleaner, updated look while focusing on durability, longevity, and low-maintenance materials.

For this project, we installed vinyl-wrapped pressure-treated 6x6 porch columns positioned on 1-inch composite standoffs to help keep the wood elevated and protected from moisture at the base. We also upgraded the railing system with beautiful black aluminum balusters and a composite bracket system designed to provide a strong, clean-looking connection without the maintenance concerns that come with traditional materials.

The combination of the crisp white columns and railing with the black aluminum balusters completely refreshed the front of this home while providing materials designed to stand up to North Carolina weather for years to come.

🏡 Front Porch Refresh in Downtown Clayton, NC!

We’re giving this older front porch in downtown Clayton, North Carolina a fresh new look while also making it more durable and low-maintenance for years to come.

The old, rotten porch columns have been removed and replaced with pressure-treated 6x6 columns wrapped in PVC. The PVC gives the porch a clean, finished appearance without the ongoing maintenance of traditional painted wood — no more worrying about peeling paint or exterior column rot.

We’re also updating the railing system with black aluminum balusters, giving the porch a sharp contrast and a more modern appearance while still complementing the character of the home.

The next step is finishing the front porch step railings. We’re currently waiting for the underground utilities to be properly marked before digging the holes and setting the new railing posts.

It’s already looking great, and we’re excited to see the finished transformation!

🔥 Fireplace Remodel & First-Floor Refresh in Clayton, NC 🔥

We’re making great progress on this home renovation project in Clayton, North Carolina!

The original fireplace mantel and surround have been completely torn out and replaced with a beautiful quartz fireplace surround and matching hearth, giving the space a cleaner, more modern look. We’re currently waiting on our custom-built red oak mantel, which should be ready to install within the next week or two and will really finish off the transformation.

We’re also refreshing the entire first floor with a new interior paint job and new baseboards throughout, creating a clean, updated appearance from room to room.
