We have really been dreading putting out this post, but now is the time. We have really been struggling lately, and we need your support. To our loyal customers, thank you for your continued support. We never would have made it this far without you. To anyone who has wanted to try us out and hasn’t yet, now is the time. We know that during the last three years that we have been here, there have been many times when we weren’t open, and maybe people have given up trying to come in. We apologize for that. Besides Brigid and myself, we only have 4 other employees. With such a small crew, if a couple people aren’t here, it makes things even more difficult than they already are. We make our own dough from a sourdough starter. We hand stretch our mozzarella from curd. We make our stracciatella cheese for our Cheesy garlic Puccia from our mozzarella. We also make the marinara that comes with it. We make our own sauce. We make our own sausage using pork from The Thomas Farmstead. The brisket for our Brisket and Onions pizza comes from Purple Ribbon Beef. We make our ranch dressing using as many local herbs as possible. We try to utilize as many local products as possible, including produce from Twisted River Farm for a lot of our seasonal pizzas. We use local honey from Finer Honey Farms on our Pepperoni and Jalapeños pizza. We sell a lot of local beers from Tellurian Brewing, Lake Time Brewery, Toppling Goliath Brewing Co., SingleSpeed Brewing Co., and Exile Brewing Company. We also carry Spring Grove Soda Pop from our neighbors up just north of Decorah. We also have Lake Lemonade. We use ice cream from The Olde Creamery for our floats and sundaes . Whipping cream from Kalona Creamery. Two delicious cheeses from Milton Creamery LLC. Blue cheese from Maytag Dairy Farms. We also would like to thank Martin Bros. Food Market Mason City for doing such an incredible job of getting us the ingredients that we need. We get our wood from Cutting Edge Tree Services, they do a great job for us splitting the wood down the way we need it. With that being said, we have put a lot of work into bringing something really cool to North Iowa. And I think we’ve accomplished that. With ground finally being broken for the new hotel, we feel we are set up to be around for a long time to come. But we really need your help to make it until the hotel is done. If you appreciate delicious wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, please come in and support us. We appreciate you very much! We are open Thursday through Saturday 4-9, and Sunday 4-8. 125 South Delaware Avenue, Mason City, Iowa❤️🪵🔥🍕
