We have completed significant work on this property over the last six years, including upgraded tile showers, bathrooms, fireplaces, flooring, cabinets, and interior trim, as well as the construction of a large lakeside deck. Last fall, we addressed several exterior issues and replaced all of the windows.

We are now moving forward with installing a new deck roof, new entry roofs, all new flat roofs, and fresh siding. This work should be completed early this summer, and we look forward to seeing the final results.

We wanted to share a few pictures from a current project. This family cottage was completely gutted and the layout was changed. Opening up the ceiling was such an improvement to the sun room area! The exterior will reaminf the same except it will be getting new composite decks front and back as well as fresh paint. Below are a few stages of just one portion of the cottage.
