It was a good week worth of work with Jason at AirMaxx Trampoline Park once again! He is very easy to work with and it’s an awesome place to be. We look forward to seeing the finished product in a couple weeks!

Local Lawn and landscape company took on a grapple bucket for one of there machines that was most likely misused and damaged on the outer most two teeth. (before they owned it)

We were able to cut off both damaged teeth, measure up an identical file based off of a remaining good tooth, load file to laser and click start. We spent many hours at the computer playing with settings to get thicker steel quality significantly better especially small holes in thicker plate. This aids in very little clean up if any at all, so coming from a background in plasma and CO2 laser cutting this fiber machine is really showing its modern strength saving us massive amounts of time and money cleaning up after a machine.

Attached is a video showing off the triple pierce for 3/8” thick steel with a “pre-piercing” feature that allows the machine to go around and punch all the holes first before any cutting is done.

This allows the metal to stay as cool as possible to minimize distortion and keep overall quality of the cut the best we can. We’ve been playing around with new software that has been game changing for us especially cutting small details like letters or numbers that should be getting shown off next week when the parts come back from powder coating!

When it comes to anything wiring related, Spencer takes extreme pride in his work. When most people shove something electrical in a box and screw it shut because “it won’t been seen again” or “next guy’s problem” that’s where the difference is. When he’s done going through a build, someone who knows little to nothing could call him up and have a problem resolved in minutes with an easy to understand layout and basic electrical skills to be turned around without downtime.

We have worked with him on many projects before back and forth and there’s a reason for that.

So if it comes down to strobe lights, emergency lights, camera systems, audio systems, or anything that carries signal or current that needs to be durable, trusted or dependable he’s your guy!

LS swapped square body Chevy Exhaust build.

Started with 3” V-band connections at the long tubes, carefully cut pie cuts to snake pass the transmission and transfer case, ran into a X-pipe, following with dual SpinTech Performance Mufflers to chrome over axle tips.

System can be completely disconnected and removed out the back for future service/work.

This project took a fair amount of time and patience but the outcome was much worth the wait! One of the best old school sounding V8’s in our opinion.

Unique exhaust build that came through the shop for a sweet S10 drag truck.

Single 3” 304 SS on each bank.
Small resonator on each side.
Had to take 1.5” off each fender exit header to have a chance at any ground clearance.
V-band connections.
Side pipes.

Infinity G37 3” Stainless steel muffler Re-fab from spare system donor car. Turned out pretty good!
